The building will get a whole new front in a basic beige color with brick around the bottom.
Our sign will be above in the blue space. We will put more flowers and a sidewalk table or two outside for lunch
and coffee goers.

The building was full of all kinds of junk. Some of it is still in this picture. We will
have a rear enterence. We will widen the door opening, hang a sign and do general clean up and repair of the walk
way. There is a parking lot in the back and one 1/2 block away.

This is looking in from the front door. Not much to look at. The front half that you are looking at
has tiles floors and high cellings. Much of this will stay the same. The wall that you see in the back will come
out and a grand arch will be made going into the second half of our building.

This is looking from the new archway in the back to the front door. The purple area will have seating
around the window and a couple of tables. The deli and check-out area will be to the left with shopping carts as you
come in the front door on the right.

This is the second half of the store. It has a wooden floor that we will keep if possible. This
area has many smaller areas in it that we will remove to open up the space. The ceiling and an old elevator will be removed.
It has a lower ceilling so will probable have to go with that.
This building needs total renovation. New wiring and plumbing plus new
heating and air conditioning will have to be completed. We will be painting, scrubbing, cleaning and finally stocking
shelves.
We are currently working on Saturdays only as this is the only free time we have.
We plan to include some evening work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.
