We will obtain our products locally whenever possible, with in our own back yard plus all of Iowa, Southern Minnesota,
and the rest of the mid-western states. We will also explore what some of the world's finest has to offer. We will also obtain
our products locally, often from small, uniquely dedicated food artisans. We strive to offer the highest quality, least processes,
most flavorful and naturally preserved foods. Why? Because food in it's purest state- unadulterated by artificial additives,
sweeteners, colorings and preservatives- is the best tasting and most nutritious food available.
Our People
We recruit the best people we can to become a part of our team. We create an atmosphere that encourages decision making
